Know what to expect before you book.

Your first appointment gives you time to discuss your symptoms, goals and questions with a ChiroRelief chiropractor. The clinic’s final fee schedule will be added before the public website launches.

01

Current fee information

ChiroRelief will publish the assessment fee, decompression-session fee and any longer consultation fee once the clinic approves the final schedule.

02

What the first appointment includes

The chiropractor discusses your history, symptoms, previous care and goals, then performs an examination relevant to your presentation.

You will receive an explanation of the available options and have time to ask questions before care begins.

03

What to bring

Bring relevant imaging reports, a medication list and information about previous surgery or significant health conditions. Comfortable clothing is generally suitable.

If you are attending through a third-party funding pathway, contact reception first so documentation requirements can be confirmed.

04

Private health and rebates

Rebates depend on the service billed, the patient’s fund and level of extras cover. The clinic should confirm how decompression-related appointments are billed and avoid promising a particular rebate.

05

Booking the correct appointment

The strongest conversion path is a dedicated “Spinal decompression assessment” option in PracSuite. Until that appointment type is confirmed, the existing online booking link will continue to open the clinic’s general booking page.
